原文中 the largest library of the acient world at Alexandria 意思是古世界最大的图书馆地点是在 Alexandria.这个地方.

E 中的歧异很多可以是. Aleandria 所拥有的古世界最大图书馆. 或aleandria 的最大古世界图书馆或 Alexandria 那个地方在古世界最大的图书馆. (可以解释成并不是古世界最大,而是 Alexandria 那个地方在古世界最大的)..
