标题: 请教阅读
我想请教阅读如何突破。我做了GMAT，GRE最新题，OG的阅读了，可模考水平只有30%的准确度，不见长进。总觉得的自己的词汇，难句，基本没有什么问题啊，可阅读成绩并不好。不知是何原因？如何突破？

主要是看是什么题材的文章，如果是科技，如天文，生化，就比较差，只能明白大意，如果文科类的，就好些。

我的想法，你可能过于希望抓住全文细节，而忽略了对出题点的把握。要敢于放弃和略读

Nobody has the knowledge in all fields. If your reading is ok, and you can grasp the theme of the article, the problem must be the questions. I've found GMAT RC questions are becoming more and more tricky. Usually you can't decide between two of the five answers. What you have to do then is to go back to the specific part, read through the sentence, or even the whole paragraph very quickly, compare it with the question, try to find out the previously unnoticed differences, and choose the one that is consistent with the main idea of that paragraph.

Agree with BMW. I 'd like to emphasize the answering skills. Suggest you to explore the subtle differences among options. Pitfalls of ETS follow some rules, and you could figure out most of them, such as '混偏反无'.

There is two possible reasons:
1. you don't understand fully the article, or you can't describe briefly it in your words,
sometime you feel" oh, i can understand all sentences and words, then i understand the
article!" No, it isn't. You should have a idea of the theme, the framework and the author's attitude.
2. You didn't grasp the ways to find the right answer. Please refer to the article about the
yangji's ways.

Virtually, my pitfalls in reading might be as following in specific cases.

1) Sometimes, i might not really understand the whole article although I guess that i already understood the framework, partly due to misunderstanding of some words and some sentence structure and partly because I lack of some background knowledge in science ,in particular.

2) I always tried to remembe all the details along with the framework even though I am not intended to. Sure, I need refer to some test skills as shany and inspire mentioned.After all, the answering skills are a must in the real test.
