看了半天，觉得没有答案，A最象答案，但是仔细想想觉得不对。

我是根据后半个句子判断的。ABCD中which与each的搭配很复杂，不如each做同位语清楚。

选B，得出president's choice是正确的，前提必须是nonpartisan auditors的评价是客观的，而非受到president的支配，后则nonpartisan auditors的评判就不能作为条件。

楼上的我想汗一下...当成语法题来解了是不是....
