文章说：交钱就能使得老百姓减少垃圾，从而保护环境

问：assumption

老百姓都是通过合法得手段，丢垃圾，然后去填埋得。

C：双重否定。费用不会诱使老百姓非法得乱丢垃圾＝费用使得老百姓合法得丢垃圾。排除了非法乱丢垃圾得情况。

或者搂住也能看成把【钱和垃圾】联系了起来。

甚至也可以看成是一种对结论得加强。

The point is that after adopting the charge, we can protect the remaining county parkland, which means we surely can restrain dumping trash by charging fees. So if residents dump illegally, we still cannot restrain dumping. so A is the assumption.

那选项ａ是不是只讲到会reduce the amount of trash而没有与其他因素做连接，所以才错？？

答案是C

很明显是假设题中weaken+not的情况

把not盖上.剩下的句子如果是weaken,那么就是assumption了

抱歉，我还是有点不太懂，容许我继续钻牛角尖！

ｃ如果取非，是人民会非法乱丢垃圾，可是题目是说charge-->reduce trash，乱丢垃圾不会减少垃圾量，这样不是无关吗？

题目的结论是this charge will therefore protect the remaining county parkland.

weaken是削弱结论...明显C取非后就weaken了

曲非削弱是比较常见得，主流得assumption的答案

一般选项都有not，遇上assumption题的时候，看到not要有必要的嗅觉，至少要仔细读一下改选项

若ａ取非：Residents will not reduce the amount of trash they put out for collection by reducing the number of products they buy.居民不会藉由减少购买量而减少垃圾，这样不是排除他因吗？就是只有charge fee-->reduce trash-->remaining parkland

这样的思路是不是错了？？

我觉得A是错在by reducing the number of products they buy.文章并没有强调减少垃圾的方式是怎样的,只是管垃圾减少了这个结果, 不管是什么方式.就算人们不通过减少购买来减少垃圾, 也可以通过别的方式来减少垃圾嘛~~
