如果so修饰extraordinary,那就应该是the fees are so extraordinary...extraordinary fees连在一起中心词肯定是fees啊。。 呵呵。 至于那个be able to ..command,我觉得这个句子你可以背下来，因为很容易理解，但是解释不出来。呵呵。
