任何的医疗测试都有时候会误症：当症状存在时，无法检测到；或者是本来没有症状，检测结果却有。

因為the present 就已經表示它的存在.何必在後面後面說明when it is there?

E :"it "has no clear reference , because the first "it "may refer to "presence", however , "it" should refer to "condition"
