(D) subsidiary and plans to use money from that sale（D）

B错在哪里了？我觉得B没有语法错误，那么既然原句用的非限定，就不应该更改原意啊？究竟是那里不妥？做题的时候该怎么去判断呢？

which修饰的应该是sale，不是credit card。这个是根据句意来理解的

而且B的从句也不如直接用plan to use... 顺畅

D中, subsidiary and plans to use money from that sale---觉得that sale很罗唆, 而且怪怪的, 有NN给解释一下么? 我还没找到证实此用法的例子

B从语法上是没错的还原后成为 it plans to use money from its profitable sussidary

C把原来定语从句成分改成了并列的句子,不会改变原句子重心和意思么?
