(1) She bought $4.40 worth of stamps.

(2) She bought an equal number of $0.15 stamps and $0.29 stamps.

A. Statement (1) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (2) alone is not sufficient.

B. Statement (2) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (1) alone is not sufficient.

C. BOTH statements TOGETHER are sufficient, but NEITHER statement ALONE is sufficient.

D. EACH statement ALONE is sufficient.

怎么会? 不用第一个条件,就可以算出来呀!!! 那个方程式没有用到第一个条件啊!!!

第一个条件
15x + 29y = 440，先从y开始，
15x是5的倍数，440也是5的倍数，因此29y也是5的倍数，即y是5的倍数，
29*5 = 145
29*10 = 290
29*15 = 435 ，
然后用440分别减去他们得到，
440-145=295,不能被15整除
440-290=150. 150=15*10. 这个可以 15*10 + 29*10 = 440.
440-435=5, 不能被15整除
第二个条件，光说买的邮票数相同，算不出来他买0.15的邮票来，
注意别把第一个条件带到第二个里面
