题目虽然读的一头雾水

但是选项C还是比较容易得出的

可见是支持9 fare tokens be sold for $10.00（10块钱坐9次）

如果是支持的话，显然必须是消费者能接受的。也就选了C

some poors do not have $20 at at given time, so $10 would be only feasible solution for them. If C is not true, then the critics conclusion is weakened, so C
