相比较只能选c没问题，但是cde项似乎都改变了句子原来的重心，核心谓语动词是receive，c变成了use。不知道重心改变的问题什么情况下肯定错。

另外，sums of 是修饰复数名词吗？

句子的中心必须参考句子的逻辑意思

C里依然是使用一笔钱来发展

A也是这个意思

但是有时逻辑意思被完全破坏的话，就要考虑一下句子中心了
