我选了C,答案是D, 但是C也没错啊,无论从句子结构还是习惯用法,精简原则上来看.

为什么不是C呢?

这是OG117.

C: 1) ability of doing 错. 应是ability to do

2) claim the ability 错. claim that, claim to do 都可以
