对于suh as 的用法，我记得是跟名词和doing 。what 从句相当与是名词短语，所以可以跟。
至于这个句子，我的理解是这样的，实际上它跟了名词，只不过是省略了。补好就是 such as the occasion when the subscriber has forgotten his or her username or password.

such as 一般有两种用法（1）such as 表列举。（2）可以做adv，意思为“象这样的”可以等于as, when是连词，副词修饰连词是没有错的。作者: siebel 时间: 2003-4-10 20:45
