AI33:

As a matter of fact, the issue of whether only the leader who is able to do the things well that he or she expects or requires other to do can be  accepted by people is a perplexing and controversial one. There is rising voices that the quality mentioned above is the fundamental condition for one to be a successful leader, whereas other goups claim, due to their different experiences and perspectives, that they can accept a leader readily even he or she lacks that ability. The speaker here apparently inclines  to confirm that the former take automatic precedence over the latter. Similarly, I agree with the former. In the following analysis, I would like to bring forward evidences and reasonds to support my standpoint.

In the first place, a salient reason that can be displayed to substantiate my opinion is that a leader cannot receive the public respect and trust, which are crucial elements in the leadership, if he or she is unable to perform his or her own requirement well. History is replete with the cases to prove this assertion. Taking President Clinton as an example, when he was on the Commander-in-Chief position, he did not earn the trust and respect of citizens because that he once evaded from military service during the Vietnam War. In contast, John Chambers, the CEO of Cisco Systems, is respectful and influential in business area for his diligence and profuse experiences during the period of time when he was a computer engineer.

In the second place, there is another point that the experiecnces of task performance are decisive in the success of a leader.  Analyzing the example of President Clinton again,  the primary reason why he did not do a good job in some decision making, for example, his naive and hasty in dealing with the problem of homosex in military, is that he lacked of the relative experiences, therefore did not farmiliar adequately with such things. However, Dwight Eisenhower, who enjoys the high reputation among Americans, is proeminent because that he was the hero in WW2.

Admittedly, President Clinton possess some merits that help him to gain success, such as brilliant intelligent,  powerful leadership, as well as  the energetic style. However, compared with the fatal untrust of the public toward him, these advantages cannot keep him from being impeached. Consequently, it is noteworthy that the ability in question is decisive and cannot be overwhled by another merits.

In final analysis, because of the causations above, which sometimes interweave into an organic whole and become more persuasive, we can safely conclude that only if a leader possess the ability to perform well the things he or she requires others to do, he or she can be accepted by people as a successiful leader.

結尾太短。要先寫開頭和結尾,再寫中間的部分。這樣子有點虎頭蛇尾的感覺。

你的例子好像是抄袭的吧。正式写作的时候别这样,你至少应该把人名换了。否则你就危险了。
