同意选B.

原文说的是手册里面宣传的是那些使用环保材料的厂商.我的理解是B说的是厂商和手册里的宣传没关,就是说不是因为厂商故意所为(那样的话有可能手册内容的真实性就有问题).

楼主能说说你选的是哪个,为什么选那个呢?

我用排除法排除了A，C和E，剩下B和D，我二选一，选了D。

这题结论是手册出版增加环保材料产品的使用量。就算手册里的内容是真实的，不是厂商故意宣传的，可怎么会加强结论，增加环保材料产品的使用量呢？

answer d weaken the conclusion.Because all the brands available in C use recycled material, the publication book do nothing to guide consumers to distinguish which goods contain recycled material.

B images a situation that because even the manufactures do not provide the necessary information about recycled content, the publication just do this job and thereby help consumers indentify such material. Thus, B support the conclusion.
