然后就是，C中的 that 是跳过seems inescapable 修饰 conclusion 的吧？

C很好，不能算跳跃，因为that只能修饰conclusion，但主要是英语的一个表述习惯避免“头重脚轻”。

B的conclusion of 明显是unidiomatic.
