标题: PSU和UCSD困难抉择中

目前锁定两所学校中选择，

Pennsylvania State U.的Industrial Relation and Human Resource，

还有University of California, San Diego的The Master of Pacific International Affairs (MPIA) in International Relations and Pacific Studies，抉择难做。

首先这两个专业我都挺感兴趣的；然后PSU的HR排名大概在第八或者第十的样子，2006年综合排名48，UCSD的国际关系专业排名第9的样子（The journal Foreign Policy ranked UCSD 9th in the nation for international relations studies and 10th for international public policy studies. ），2006年综合排名32，而且地方我很喜欢。

怎么抉择呢？谢谢大家给点意见哦^.^

PSU那个专业找工作还可以的。UCSD不了解。
