我试着说说１８题．
Ｅ 是说，Ｒ地区的人，孩子是会给父母钱的，但是以能满足他们的基本生活为标准，所以，当政府提高养老金，儿媳们的资助会减少，只要老人们基本的舒适生活能实现就行了．
其实，也就是说，老人们前后获得的总资金没多少改变，和新政策前一样收那么的钱，故没有better off financially
