为何不用which从句修饰a minority?

ETS对于which 的用法相当活,就近修饰或是跳跃修饰的情况都有,这个已经有很多人讨论过了。我觉得这题单从语感上讲我选A,因为only 这个词的强调作用,其他选项都没有。

which 修饰的是california了

如果说这里Which跳跃修饰了前面主句的中心词,那么这个中心词只能是non-Hispanic Whites。

而这里的Whites是复数形式,那么Which之后就应该用Amount,而不是Amounts。

所以,A,B,C都不对。
