标题: which one i should emphasis[求助]
I have some w/e. when i prepare the application, i don't know which one or two i should emphasis. in addition, my job is more about people, not about the sales or revenue, so it's hard to show my ability. here is the list of my job accomplishment, waiting for your advice.

office moving(it was tough, but the American can understand or not?)
company registration(time-comsuming, in e-business everything is new, can they imagine?)
training system setting up(request analysis, set up course, invite trainer, feedback)
training dilivery(within and out of my company)
cultrue building(new year celebration, birthday party, etc.)
compensation(everything except salary and bonus)

These 3 are better than the other. Try to dig deeper than they appear to be.

agree with chipmunk. You may try to find out something like conflicts in training delivery, any foreigners in the cultural building events? any impact you have made on the training system setup? etc.

The first two are also interesting, you can show sth big from some trial issues. (yi Xiao Jian Da)

but another question is whether i should show my accomplishment on my resume in detail, or just show the general result, such as encouraging the moral.
