答案是选"C"吗?
我的理解是:B中有了"than ever"之后,又有"than Previously",所以错;D中,将原文意思改变;E中缺少"expected",将原意改变,所以都排除;剩下A和C,首先,AC相比,C比A更加流畅,通顺,其次,A中More than ever放句首,即可以修饰整句,又可以修饰之后的paper,易引起歧义,所以排除。

你们是不是都考完啦, 我试着马后炮一下: paper 用more形容, 有点牵强。paper的哪一方面更多呢? 而D中:The amount of paper that .... greater than ever... 就说清楚了,是the amount 比以往多. 所以ABC全排除了.
E的排除的很二糊, 凭感觉猜的, 我试着说说,希望有NN能补充 E说: A great increase in the amount of paper that will be recycled this year is 意思是: "一个非常大的增长" 在今年将被回收的纸的量的方面, 是由于.... 强调的是增长,和原句意思不一致
