答案A

我觉得A中有个明显的错误,it的指代,相同的代词在同一句句子中只能指代同一个对象，而在此句中

前面一个it指代the company,后一个指代camcorder

B的话,weigning造成歧义,而且which指代没遵循就近原则

大家看呢?!

B中的which 指代有什么问题呢，是不是同此题一样：但答案却是B。

记得此题是争议题,我倾向于E答案

对于21题,我觉得不只是which的问题,  weigning 也有很大的问题,容易造成歧义;所以相对说,A还好些
