我的问题是：C中说“不能正确将垃圾分类的住户将被征收罚金”。我的理解是因为住户不想因分类不当而受罚，因此会将垃圾放进集体的垃圾箱，而不是个人的。(即使分类错误也不会查出是谁)
请指教！！
文章没有说分类呀.1:是全放在大垃圾箱里,定期拿走.2:每家有分户的小垃圾箱.定期拿走.
1,2项里都没有涉及垃圾分类的问题呀.
我还以为是要在各种垃圾中先分拣出 recyclable trash 后才能扔！
