同意B. 原文说insecticide needed per acre to control insect pests was only slightly lower, 既然说了per acre, 那D中的 as many acres 就无关了.

D , 如果基因棉花种的比普通的多，那么就会省下的农药钱会不会比买种子多花的钱多
