B哪里错了?C句子结构很混乱啊??这题好象以前GWD也有是选C的吗??!

是不是XX times  后面直接跟名词才是正确结构?

跟more than 什么的都错啊?

倍数+名词，名词的几倍－－－－－－－以前的确不知道

倍数+as。。。as，形容词的几倍

数字+times+more than，比。。。多倍（2，3，4倍的话一般不使用这个结构，用单词代替，比如double）

这些大致能解释第二题

第一题，on the average插入语

as compared to 42 times their（指的是blue-collar workers）pay，the rate in 1980（同位42 times），

CEO's (pay) now earn(修饰省略掉的pay) 419 times the pay of blue-collar workers

指出一点

compare to和comare 。。。to不同

compare to＝compare with

compare 。。。to。。。＝把。。。比作

B的错在于：a ratio that。。。。。做同位修饰419 times the pay of blue-collar workers意思是不对的，因为that只是修饰成分，修饰的a ratio

这样的话a ratio只能是同位修饰419 times ，意思变成419 times是这样一个ratio 【和1980的42倍相比的ratio】

对了，后面哪个ratio是修饰的1980年的42times，

整句句子的比较是42times in 1980 和419 times now的as compared to

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

如果是的491times。。。。，the ratio that。。。。。。

就变成the ratio that。。。饰了491 times，而that后的42 times-----》修饰the ratio －－－》修饰491 times

就没有比较的意思了，改变原句的意思，

而且that从句的内容说不通

这个ratio是419times的同位语。然后compares to 42 times  in 1980做定语从句修饰ratio。意思是CEO现在的工资是蓝领工人的419倍，这个比率是一个和1980年的42倍相比的比率
