不一样

 among Britain’s first national museums　，英国第一博物馆（名词）但放在这里的意思就是，英国有N家“英国第一博物馆”，Victoria and Albert 博物馆是其中之一

among the first of Britain’s national museums 英国国家博物馆中的第一个，（包含关系），这里的意思是Victoria and Albert 是第一家英国国家博物馆

而C是seek support of  这个表达是错滴
