ABE错误明显可排除

C不是非常得好，但became....winning.....更符合过去式的句意

答案是D，但D中and also重复，而且 became.....to win.....更像将来发生的事，，而且D中 S.L. became in1990 the first.......,好像在指SL是1909年那年的first woman, 而不是在1909年成为the first woman

请指教

我认为,原句中,前半句是状语,后面是主句.而C重变成两个并列句了,另外C中in addition to位置不对,in addition to可能做状语比较好,此处换其它形式可能不错.

不知道是否不能把状语改变这一说呢

个人认为C中句子结构发生了变化，and那不成并列结构了吗，可是原句没有这层意思啊。 so key is d

After modifier "Turning....", the position must be the logical subject of "Turning..." and can not be "in 1909"

个人觉得Selma Lagerlöf was the novelist who became the first woman and was also the first Swedish writer to win结构有问题，第二个was如果和became平行应当为who was，故那就只能和was the novelist 平行，改变原句逻辑，欢迎拍砖~~
