答案e没有问题。如果to which North Americans are exposed 改为 that North americans are exposed to可以吗？这个是定语从句吧，介词应该可以前面也可以后面，在问问：which North americans are exposed to 可以吗？

不可以

be exposed to sth是词组

如果修饰sth的话

介词to必须前置和引导词which共同引导从句

that North americans are exposed to

which North americans are exposed to

都是错误的

这样的排列使得介词后没有宾语，

to必须前置
