If possible, transfer to (1) since (1) has much better reputation. However, also depends on your major, (2) is good for job hunting since its courses are for professional jobs, but (1) is more for research.

Do not know much about (3)... :-(

first of all, don't count on "transferring". You'd better off to re-apply
