答案是B，我选了E。他们的区别就是after ten years of fundraising的位置不一样。

请问E为什么不行呢？我觉得B有些歧义，就感觉强调了1989 after ten years of fundraising。就觉得强调的重心不对了。

介词+分词－ing修饰主语Leo and Fontov Arnmore

E似乎不符合习惯

个人感觉，时间状语after 10 years of fundraising放在谓语founded和宾语之间，是属于插入语的部分了，应该用逗号逗开（如果非要把时间状语提前的话）。
