资金证明开45万够不够呢？VO会不会觉得少呢？开资金证明是要开2年学费吗？生活费什么的不用一定开在里面吧？不然还得到处借钱。。。

depends on what program you are applying.

at least my two year MBA only requires first year's, as the amount listed on the I 20 form by the school.
