就是说只有total divestment-the sale of all stock 在（ 有工厂或是busniess office在X的）companies 才能反对X，所以也要divest totally 在这种companies。
“total divestment-the sale of all stock 在 （有工厂或是busniess office在X的）companies ” 是反对X的条件，为了反对他必须满足的条件。
好像说得也不是很明白 ：P

应该是这样的
Prof A认为，我们大家应该持一种强烈的道德意义上的申明来反对X国家的政策。且Only total divestment can do this只有total divestment能做到这一点。比如卖了公司（在X国家有工厂和办公室的公司）的所有股票。所以，大学（似乎）应该devest totally（针对X国），比如不招该国的学生？猜想呵呵）。因为前面的公司也是divest total。且只有divest total才能表现出我们对X国政策的强烈反对。
devest totally估计是制裁，因为意思是剥夺一切嘛，就是划清界限，呵呵
