Many prospective students are trying to determine the "right time" to pursue an M.B.A. Is work experience necessary to gain admission to a competitive M.B.A. program, such as the Simon School? Can I apply while completing my undergraduate degree?
Since there is no minimum age or work experience required to apply to the Simon School, we advise you to assess your own readiness when making this decision. In the 2004 entering class, approximately 30% of our entering students had less than 2 years of full-time experience after completing their Bachelor degree, and many within that group came directly from college. Due to our past success with younger students, we are seeking to attract the best and the brightest students who may seek to complete their M.B.A. immediately after their Bachelor program.
For those who are fast-track college students and have already demonstrated a high potential for leadership, we urge you to consider our 4-2 program. Pursuing your M.B.A. immediately after completing your Bachelor degree can increase the long-term potential for personal, professional, and financial growth.
What attributes do we desire in a 4-2 candidate?
While completing your Bachelor degree, we recommend that you:
读MBA不是目的,就是上课方法改了,又什么用?
本科生去读这种技术含量很低的课程,出来以后谁要?

Agree.
MBA is not a goal
It is a path.
If this path doesnt lead you to your goal, why bother?
Not having working experience prior to bschool creates the biggest headache not when you try to get into the program, but when you try to land a decent job upon graduation.
my two cents,
