Leaders of a miners' union on strike against Coalco are contemplating additional measures to pressure the company to accept the union's contract proposal. The union leaders are considering as their principal new tactic a consumer boycott against Gasco gas stations, which are owned by Energy Inconporated, the same corporation that owns Coalco.

矿业工会正在组织罢工，为了迫使Coalco公司接受更多有利于矿工福利的条件，工会领导者策划出一条联合抵制Gasco汽油的策略。并且Coalco和Gasco都是Energy Inc旗下的公司。工会制定策略必须要考虑很多问题，衡量策略的可行性，能否对资本家形成压力，会不会反而危害了自己的利益等等，题目就是要你选出跟这条策略能否成功最没关系的一种consideration。

A Gasco的经济损失能否严重的影响Energy Inc？如果能影响，Energy Inc作为Coalco母公司必定会郑重考虑工会提出的条件。
B Gasco原来的用户还能不能从别的地方获得汽油供应？如果该地区只有Gasco有汽油卖，那广大消费者肯定不会同意联合抵制Gasco，因为没汽油会影响百姓生活。
C 其他的矿业工会是否赢得过类似策略的胜利？如果有成功的先例，则这个策略是有可能成功的。
D 同C
E 有没有其他公司像Energy Inc一样既拥有煤炭公司，也拥有加油站？这个consideration跟工会领导者的策略无关。
