首先明确句意，原句是用which-clause 中的which来代替前面整个句子的内容，这在gmat中是不允许的。正确的表达是改为现在分词形式表结果，再看d,e涉及到固定搭配。make A B 类似的表达为consider A B,选e.make还有的用法就是make it adj that-clause

any+单数名词，熟悉的表达有any one（不用ones） who......，你看是不是这样。

其次，前面是los angels，单数概念，后面最好用单数与之对称
