    过去经验表明，香烟价格每提高１０个百分点，就伴随人均烟消费量下降４个百分点。所以，如果税收提高１０个百分点，可以预见人均烟消费量也会下降。

    隐含的假设就是，税收提高会导致烟的价格上升．

    这是一个supporter的假设。把两个关系连接起来。税收提高　导致　烟的价格上升　导致　人均烟消费量也会下降

    跟a刚好一致．因为香烟公司不想降利润，必然维持原价格，直接把税的那个百分点加上去．

    同意。。我觉得B也是表达类似的意思。。就是都是由税收引起的加价。。排除他因，同时也说明因为税收，商家一定会加价。。。

    但是，A中是很直接的说明了商家不会作出任何的价格调整，在数据上，增加10个点的税就一定导致4个点的销售量下降；所以推论里面说上涨9cent和原来的90cent刚好是10%的比例，所以下降的4个点限制了她一定只能选出A
    这能说清楚么？
