honey and sucrose has nearly no difference in sweeetens, so use negative word "little". Consider the whole sentence.

这是一个并列结构,原型是是not so...as...的结构.as之后的v.应该与比较对象(potentialfrontier) 的谓语v.一致,这里用了倒装结构,所以最后是as has space(= as spac has)
