D astronomers have developed a scale for rating thelikelihood that a particular asteroid or comet will that 指代likelihood,但是likelihood在句子a particular asteroid or comet will中做什么成分，好像都说不通
E 句子混乱，此外likelihood和may属于redundancy
C 句子结构没有问题，astronomers have developed a scale to rate how likelya particular asteroid or comet will be to collide with Earth
will be to do sth 表示将来做什么
但是，它与will do有什么区别，忘了
