我在国内本科毕业，后在英国拿到Master Degree。这样申请Insead还需要考TOEFL吗？
在Insead 的language requirement 中有一条：
The INSEAD MBA is taught exclusively in English and is highly participatory, requiring well-developed written and verbal skills. Accordingly, if your native language is not English you must take a test for English proficiency, unless your university degree is from an institution where the curriculum was also taught exclusively in English.
上面说得university degree 可以是master degree吗？
请申请过Insead的，或者其他高人帮着解答一下。
