各位NN，ets对og166中的C选项错误的解释是：omit the on after but also

那么，是不是C改成下面的句子就没有错误呢？

The interset rates not only on most loans to small and medium-sized businesses are tied to the prime, but also on a growing number of consumer loans, including home equity loans.

难道后面黑体字部分不必加上are tied to the prime？我觉得即使C选项加上on也不见得就正确了啊！！

not only ...... but also........并列的成份必须完全一致, 所以tied to the prime are the interest rates要提到前面
