some thoughts on the topic: Initiative means that one does somethings new without by forcing or driving to do so; it emphsizes one's strong motivation. If you do any thing while no other does so, initiative. It is associated with motivation.
If u sth that no one esle ever thinks of it. creativative. It is associated with intelligence.
