好像老师讲在G考中不能随便改变原文的意思，so为什么B中加would，通常我会首先排除B，因为改变原文意思
另外，随能总结一下double的用法

8/10 of 1 percent 是什么意思？
more than double 这里的double作动词，好像很少见more than +v.的形式

B中的would其实是指expectation的虚拟语气，一般这种指愿望的词要用虚拟，double直接可以当动词使用，所以选b
