in tests for pironoma, a serious disease, a false positive result indicates that people have pironoma when, in fact, they do not; a false negative result indicates that people do not have pironoma when, in fact, they do. to use the laboratory test that has the lowest proportion of false positive results.

E/ all laboratory tests to detect pironoma have the same proportion of false negative results.

Why E makes sense. have read explanation, did not understand yet.

我在读完此题时，意识到要use the laboratory test that has the lowest proportion of false positive results.必须保证他的a false negative result 不必别的test 要多。否则，他不应成为最佳选择。

但是当我读到e项中的all laboratory时，很自然的将其排除（because of all) and then narrow down b and c But I cannot find a better answer between them. At last I chose c. the result is that i am wrong. If I can read through the e option. I must choose it. So I got a hint that never ignore any options because there is no must right nor must wrong.
