答案是Ｄ　　但是大家有没有觉得Ｄ中的it指代不清呢？应该从句的主语为代词时指代主句主语（widespread swelling and stiffness ）么？　　ＮＮ赐教

用了 unlike就不好再用instead了。

healing表示连续或当前，在时态上有些问题。

我觉得 it指代的是body

一般会说 body heals itself.
