with有歧义，also can modify the Bladrick Manufacturing Company besides a policy.

如果用aiming为什么就没有上述的歧义了呢？

如果有逗号就会有歧义，但在这个地方现在分词修饰名词 policy，可以在网上搜一下现在分词的用法。
