是不是因为我去年考过,他们要查我以前的记录啊?
I met the same situation. Yesterday I called the customer service, and was told that it normally takes 24-48 for activating the account after the sign-up. The representative told me that he could help me to register via the phone, but I was not sure whether he may record my name correctly. Then I sent fax and got confirmation within one business day.
You may try to call them or fax the registration form.Don't worry.
我也是周一注册的,到现在还一直是Status Pending,很着急阿
好了,已经看到ID了,不过不是在邮箱里,而是登录网站进去看到的,近期可能他们的效率比较低,大家耐心一点;如果一周还是没有看到ID,建议和他们的客服联系:
