请教各位,上句是正确的,但为什么是its numbers are 而不是its number is?

因为主语是numbers所以用复数阿

那为什么不用number啊 表示数目的话是用numbers吗

MM做题真是很细心。其实，在正式场合，表示数目的话，numbers也是正规用法。如：member numbers increase in CD forum.
numbers的这种用法好像比number还要正式。也即，优先选择numbers。OG是没有错的。
