标题: 申请北美 MBA 入学甘苦---求助！！

WHY NOW？能否说现在30了，再不上怕老了读不进去呢？

还有How to dealt with a difficult person? Tell me about a team experience that was a failure?-这种怎么回答呢？

真难。

Why now?可以很多思维的转换，对25,6岁的人来说，你年龄是大些，但是经验够了，历练够了，读MBA也是水到渠成。对35,6岁的人来说，你是年纪轻了，但是精力旺盛了，大展宏图的机会也会更多了。。。

后一个找个自己的例子说吧，凡事都是case by case的。只有真实示例才能说服面试官。

谢谢。不过面试官一般不象听真实的， 只想听POSITIVE的把？

The failure can be big or small, that's not the important part. The important part is what did you learn from the failure, and in later experience how did you make things differently with the learning, better to use example again.
