标题: 去McGill是不是要申请两种签证？

早晨McGill来信说要在一周内给我邮寄通知书和Visa信息，我记得去魁北克是要再单独申请学生许可，是向魁北克直接申请，还是向北京的加拿大使馆申请？魁北克的学习许可和加拿大联邦的学习许可是否可以同时申请，还是必须先申请魁北克的再申请联邦的？请知情人指导。谢谢。

McGill的面试没有Rotman难，都是信息类问题，包括简历内容，职业发展，在哪里工作，学习成绩，Why McGill等等，大概20分钟。祝好运并多谢。

To LZ: I just got reply from my friend. "Foreign students who want to study in Quebec need CAQ (Certificate acceptation Quebec). This document will be issued by Quebec. Other documents such as study permit are the same as documents for students who want to study in other provinces. The CAQ is not very important for your visa. You can apply for this document even after you already come to Quebec. "
