参照了一些讨论贴，同意如下说法：

OG地解释对D答案取了非，也就是majority对minority，比如：

top managers middle/low-level managers

20% 5% intuition(minority)

80% 95% step-by-step reasoning

20%>>5%仍然满足题干中的top managers used intuition significant more than did most middle or low level managers，但是step-by-step reasoning(80%>20%,95%>5%)依然还是大于intuition，和原文的推理是一致的，所以说consistent的。
