标题: 求教：申请PHD一定要面试吗？

看了近来CD上的很多帖子，很多朋友都提到很多top schools 发出面试邀请。但是我在绝大多数top business schools的主页上都看到它们写着面试并非必要环节。所以我想请教各位朋友：有希望被录取的人都会接到面试通知么？如果没接到的话，难道就意味着可能不被录取了么？

I think at least 80% institutions will interview non-native applicants to check their communication skill using english, although they will often admit native applicant without interview.
